When you call our line at (225) 422-7176, submit an inquiry through this website, or otherwise provide your phone number to St. George Mold Remediation, you consent to receive follow-up communication about your inquiry from us, from the crew we dispatch, or from a partner directly working on your quote. Communication may include phone calls, text messages, or email.
Consent is limited to the purposes of scheduling, quoting, performing, and following up on the mold inspection or remediation work you inquired about. We do not use your phone number for unrelated marketing to third parties.
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any SMS or MMS message we exchange with you. St. George Mold Remediation does not charge for text messages.
You can withdraw consent to phone or text contact at any time. To opt out:
Opt-out requests are honored regardless of channel. Note: opting out of contact means we cannot follow up on any pending quote or scheduled work — we'll archive your file at your request.
Calls to and from St. George Mold Remediation may be recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution. Louisiana is a one-party consent state for call recording. If you object to recording on a specific call, tell the person you're speaking with and we will end the recording for that call.
If you have called us reporting active water intrusion or another urgent mold event, we may attempt reasonable follow-up contact even if standard consent has lapsed, in order to complete the emergency work you initiated. This limited exception ends once the urgent work is complete or you re-confirm your opt-out.
